***LEVEL 4-10 TEAM PIC***
Friends of Achievers needs a team picture for some of our fundraising stuff. We will do a team picture on Friday, July 31 while the entire team is here. All the girls need to bring their new red team tank and the new girls team shirt and shorts.
Optional team members going to camp -- you will train our normal hours Monday - Thursday. You will have Friday morning off. You need to arrive at 11:20 for our Friends of Achievers team pic.

***LEVEL 4-10 COACHES GOING TO CONGRESS***
The Girls Team coaches are attending the USA Gymnastics Congress on Thursday, August 14 - Saturday, August 16 in Dallas. Congress is great education for gymnastics professionals. This is the first time it has been in Dallas. We are so lucky we can attend. We will have to change practice that week.

The following is from our Girls Team Parent handbook.

The following actions show respect and are expected of a member of the Achievers Gymnastics Team.
1) Participate in all scheduled competitions. We are a competitive gymnastics team. We measure our work and progress by going out on the competition floor to do our best in front of our families, our coaches, our friends, and our teammates. While winning is not so important, trying to win represents everything we strive for. Trying to win means that you come to practice everyday, you work hard everyday, you overcome fear, and that you get up every time you fall down.

We understand if there is a family function like a wedding you will need to miss. If you do need to miss please discuss it with your daughters coach first. Then please make sure the front office knows, so you are not billed for the competition.

**LEVEL 4-10 FRIENDS OF ACHIEVERS**
The deadline to sign up to be a member of FOA was the 15th. However, if you have not turned in their

**LEVEL 3-6 INTRA SQUAD DATE CHANGE**
YIPPEE!!!! We have a new date for Intra Squad.
Friday, July 31 - 8:00am - 11:30am. The girls need to arrive by 7:50am. Warm ups will start promptly at 8:00am. Level 4-6's need to wear their new team tank leo. The Gold Stars need to wear their cute Stars team tank leo.
The level 5Ps and 6's will train after the Intra Squad meet until 12:30. There will not be level 4 practice on Friday night, July 31. On Thursday, July 30 the level 5A's will train until 730pm, so they can get home and get to bed to be ready for the morning.
Parents will not be allowed in the gym for the intra squad. You can watch from upstairs. The optional team will be training during this time and we don't have enough room in the gym for our day camp, intra squad, practice and parents.
The $25 intra squad fee is due by the day of Intra Squad. This fee is to pay our wonderful judges. We will have three to help the meet run quickly. The judges are going to give our coaches lots of feedback about what they saw. It will be awesome!
We really apologize for having to change the date. It was out of my control.

**LEVEL 3-10 ~ NO PARENTS IN THE GYM**
For insurance purposes parents are not allowed in the gym. Please don't come in to the gym before, during or after practice without permission from the coaching staff. If you need to speak to a coach please talk to the front office and they will let us know or shoot us an email to schedule a time to talk. Thanks for your understanding with this saftey matter.

**LEVEL 3-10 IMPORTANT MEET FEE INFO**
NEW RULE: If you do not pay your meet fee by the due date your daughter will not be able to compete in that competition. Late meet fee payments are no longer accepted.
If you would like your meet fees auto drafted on the due date please see the front office.
You can pay entry fees in advance.

All level 4-10's are required to compete in all of their levels competitions.

We now have over 60 girls turning in meet fees. We don’t have time to contact numerous families about late payments. Please put the due dates on your calendar so you don’t miss a payment. I don’t want any little girl to feel left out. All the due dates are on Mondays to help you remember.
Achievers does not make any money off meet fees. The meet fee amounts are set by Texas USA Gymnastics and USA Gymnastics. You pay us and we have to send in one check to the host competition. USAG is very strict on due dates and we can not be late with our entry form or entry fees.
