***LEVEL 4-7 REBEKAH VACATION***
Rebekah has gone on vacation to see her new little baby niece that was born last week. Congrats Aunt Rebekah!
Rebekah has left lesson plans for all her subs. We are excited and honored that TWU’s assistant coach, Lisa Klein, will be coaching for Rebekah some while she is gone. Keri, one of TWU gymnastics awesome seniors, will also be helping. She is an excellent coach too.

***INJURIES***
We always suggest that athletes see an orthopedic doctor when they get injured. :)

Please put these days on your calendar. All the girls in these groups need to attend all Saturday practices. Saturday, September 5 is Labor Day weekend. This practice will not be mandatory.

On Mondays from 4:00-4:15 will be spent on Athlete Warrior (mental training). The girls who can not make it by 4:00 will receive their Athlete Warrior assignment on the Friday before, so they can finish it over the weekend. The Athlete Warrior is a book we follow that is excellent mental training and essential for helping our optional team succeed.
The optional team groups will be sent at a later date.
