Level 8 Regionals were this past weekend. Red competed against athletes from Kansas, Arkansas, Colorado, Oklahoma, Wyoming, New Mexico and Texas. She had a great weekend.

Friday was her training day. It is very crazy and busy and can be very intimidating for an athlete the first time they attend this workout. Red handled it great. She had an awesome workout on all 4 events.

Sunday morning was Red’s competition. All 4 events were super! She rocked vault with a very powerful front handspring full. Her bar routine was clean all the way to a stuck dismount. Beam was confident and solid and her floor routine was the best she had all season. I am so proud of her. What a fun weekend! Way to go Red!
