Session 1- Level 3, 4, and 5A
8:00-8:15 am Open Stretch
8:15-8:25 am March-in
8:30-11:15 am Warm-up/Compete
11:15-11:30 am Awards

Session 2- Level 5P and 6
11:45-12:00 Open Stretch
12:00-12:10 pm March-in
12:15-2:45 pm Warm-up/Compete
2:45-3:15 pm Awards

Saturday night- TWU vs OU meet @ 7 pm
**All participants entered in the FOA meet will be admitted free (8th grade and under), and all 9th grade and above will be admitted at our perfect 10 rate! (10 cents).
This is a wonderful opportunity for your athletes to watch a great collegiate competition and use it for motivation to continue their gymnastics till they graduate.
This meet is the event for your sophomores, juniors, and seniors to be seen by college coaches!
