Hello from St. Louis!!

Today was a nice relaxing day. We went to our training session this afternoon at the competition site. It was a great workout (once we got there..... long story, but yes, I am a dork!). Both Paige and Phyllis did good and they are ready to rock!!! They are both excited about this weekend. One of our main goals this week is to enjoy every moment! So far, so good!!!

Spencer surprised Paige and Phyllis and flew in today to support her teammates. Paige's reaction was priceless. Tonight was the Western Nationals Banquet. They had a great DJ that lead the girls in some fun dancin'. Our girls were one of the best jammin' groups. Phyllis could have given dance lessons to everyone! It was a blast to watch.

Tomorrow is a day of site seeing and enjoying St. Louis. Paige competes Saturday at 8:00am and Phyllis compete Sunday at 12:30pm. I will keep the blog updated, so check back for more pics and info soon.
